What we collect
Only what you send us through our forms, email or WhatsApp: your name, contact details, company and project information. The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotations, deliver and support your project, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it’s stored
Requests are kept in our Google Workspace or Google account (Google Sheets and Gmail). The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical logs and may provide anonymous visit statistics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don’t become projects for up to 24 months. We keep project and invoice records for as long as Bahraini law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, in line with Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018). Email us and we’ll respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date above.
